Our History

I grew up in the El Paso, Texas area, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1987 with my parents and brother. I moved around a lot throughout high school due to my fathers job. Eventually we settled in OKC again. When I graduated HS, I enlisted in the US Army in May 2001. I went to Ft. Benning, GA where I attended Light Infantryman School and Airborne School. After completion of training, I was stationed in Vicenza, Italy, with the famous 173rd Airborne Brigade, where I served two combat tours as a combat team leader, saw gunner.
In March 2003, my unit conducted a combat jump into Northern Iraq, seizing three airfields over the course of six weeks, and opening up the Northern Front of the war, which allowed for troops and supplies to land safely. I finally left the Army in 2010, moved back to Oklahoma, and commenced a career at Tinker Air Force Base as an aircraft parts mechanic. During my time at Tinker, I attended night classes at the local college. In 2016, I made the decision to terminate my career at Tinker and complete a Bachelors in Biology. A few months prior to graduating in 2018, I applied at Cleveland University Kansas City, where I was accepted into the Doctor of Chiropractic program. I graduated in April 2023, and immediately worked for an auto accident clinic where I received trauma qualification, and learned how to properly examine motor vehicle accident patients. In September of 2024, I opened Yukon Spine and Injury Clinic where I now treat those in my community. I am a single father of two wonderful daughters, Cynthia and Mila, and my precious grandson Eli.
